We loved staying at the house on the hill! Beautiful view, no need for AC, and felt like we were living in Hawaii. Every question was answered promptly and the hosts were super kind. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our week stay. It was cooler in the higher elevation. The surrounding area was beautiful with sunset views from the house. There were definitely farm noises (dogs barking/howling and roosters and chickens roaming around). We don't mind this since we live with dogs and have chickens, but if you are not expecting it, this might be a deal breaker. The host was very responsive when we had issues and resolved them quickly. The king bedroom had blackout curtains which was wonderful for late mornings sleeping in. The queen bed room had lots of windows and no blackout curtains (good to know ahead of time). The twin bed room with shower/bathroom had only a few small windows that faced away from the sunlight so it stayed relatively dark despite not much for curtains. The most comfortable bed was the queen, then the twin, then the king. The king could use a foam topper to be more comfortable.
