Great place…perfect for our weekend staycation. Host was very responsive, we were able to check in a little earlier which was great! The master bedroom shower wasn’t draining but the host quickly responded and was there the next morning to fix it. Our family has stayed at Kanaloa many times. We love to come for mini staycations. Although this unit isn’t as nice as other units (needs some renovations and a deep cleaning) it was perfect for a weekend getaway. Arllen is truly a SUPERHOST! The only reason we didn’t give 5 stars on the entry was that we arrived before checkin, and it took a little bit to get the electronic lock configured to let us in early. But Arllen responded to this and every other request immediately on every occasion, and really went the extra mile. Only critique of this condo is that it is in need of some basic repairs and has original interiors that are rather tired. Otherwise it was very well stocked, very comfortable, and the property is beautiful and well kept.
