House Rules - NO SMOKING or VAPING anywhere on Casa Emdeko Property. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours shall be from 9:00pm to 8:00am, during which time the noise from the STVR shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area. PARKING: Guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area. Please be respectful of the neighbors and do not block driveways, sidewalks or mailboxes. USE OF PROPERTY: The STVR shall not be used for commercial purposes. HOUSEHOLD SUPPLIES An initial supply of soaps, cleaning supplies, paper goods and other necessities have been provided for your use. Contact management if you need anything additional. CONSERVE ELECTRICITY: The cost of electricity is extremely high in Hawaii. Please help conserve electricity by shutting off unused appliances, fans, lights etc. Please do NOT change any setting in the freezer or refrigerator. SMOKING: Smoking is allowed outside ONLY. NO smoking on the lanai. NO SHOES IN THE HOUSE: It is a tradition in Hawaii to remove your shoes before entering a home. Kindly remove shoes upon entering the home. If you need to wear footwear for medical reasons please wear something with clean, soft soles to respect the care of flooring in the home. Mahalo! POOL: PLEASE read and follow posted rules. Every guest should rinse off before entering the pool to maintain cleanliness. FURNITURE: Please do NOT move any furniture around to avoid damaging floors or furniture. Also, please use caution when eating or drinking near any furniture, upholstery, or bedding. Please do not put any wet clothes, bathing suits on the furniture. Interior furniture is to be used ONLY INSIDE. Moving furniture is discouraged. When moving dining chairs or bar stools, please be careful to avoid floor damage. Use lanai furniture on lanai only. CAUTION STAINS: self-tanning lotions and hair-growth products cause permanent discoloration of fabric. Before you risk ruining furniture or bedding, please wash off these products, thanks! BATHROOM TOWELS: are for use inside the house only. WASHER AND DRYER: Please use with care. NEVER put sandy towels or shoes in the machines. This can result in damaging the machine. Please make sure the lint trap is cleaned after each dry cycle. Please do NOT sit on bedding or furniture with wet suits and do NOT place towels on the furniture – they stain and cause mildew. MAID SERVICES: Maid service is not provided with your rental, unless otherwise specified in your rental agreement. Please call the property manager should you wish to schedule a mid-stay cleaning. Housekeeping is provided upon departure. NEIGHBORHOOD: Please be thoughtful of neighbors, please keep music, noise etc. to a minimum from 10pm to 8am. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED: Do not bring any animals in the home regardless of how adorable they look. Local friends who visit may NOT bring pets into the house. PARTIES/EVENTS: This reservation is for quiet residential vacation use only. Therefore, parties, receptions, luaus, events and gatherings of any size or kind are strictly prohibited unless agreed to in your contract with Hawaiiʻs Homegrown Realty.

We cannot say enough good things about this amazing unit and beautiful property! The condo was very comfortable with great furnishings, a well stocked kitchen with high-end appliances, large living room, and spacious bedroom. There were beach supplies, coolers, snorkel gear, beach umbrellas, chairs, etc.! The patio area had a nice table with chairs in the shade most of the day. The property itself was lovely and very welcoming! Coffee served each morning steps away from this condo. Special touches like the lighting of tiki torches near the beach and pool and the blowing of a conch shell at sunset were not expected, but thoroughly enjoyed by all. Absolutely loved Casa de Emdeko and will be returning!!! ❤️
