PARKING: Guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area. Please be respectful of the neighbors and do not block driveways, sidewalks or mailboxes. USE OF PROPERTY: The STVR shall not be used for commercial purposes. HOUSEHOLD SUPPLIES An initial supply of soaps, cleaning supplies, paper goods and other necessities have been provided for your use. Let manager know if you need anything additional. CONSERVE ELECTRICITY: The cost of electricity is extremely high in Hawaii. Please help conserve electricity by shutting off unused appliances, fans, lights etc. Please do NOT change any setting in the freezer or refrigerator. SMOKING: Smoking is allowed outside ONLY. NO smoking on lanai. NO SHOES IN THE HOUSE: It is a tradition in Hawaii to remove your shoes before entering a home. Kindly remove shoes upon entering the home. If you need to wear footwear for medical reasons please wear something with clean, soft soles to respect the care of flooring in the home. Mahalo! POOL PLEASE read and follow posted rules. Every guest should rinse off before entering the pool to maintain cleanliness. FURNITURE: Please do NOT move any furniture around to avoid damaging floors or furniture. Also, please use caution when eating or drinking near any furniture, upholstery, or bedding. Please do not put any wet clothes, bathing suits on the furniture. Interior furniture is to be used ONLY INSIDE. Moving furniture is discouraged. When moving dining chairs or bar stools, please be careful to avoid floor damage. Use lanai furniture on lanai only. CAUTION STAINS: self-tanning lotions and hair-growth products cause permanent discoloration of fabric. Before you risk ruining furniture or bedding, please wash off these products, thanks! BATHROOM TOWELS: are for use inside the house only. WASHER AND DRYER: Please use with care. NEVER put sandy towels or shoes in the machines. This can result in damaging the machine. Please make sure the lint trap is cleaned after each dry cycle. Please do NOT sit on bedding or furniture with wet suits and do NOT place towels on the furniture – they stain and cause mildew. MAID SERVICES: Maid service is not provided with your rental, unless otherwise specified in your rental agreement. Please call the property manager should you wish to schedule a mid-stay cleaning.   Stayed with our family of six which includes four kids aged 11 to 3. We had an amazing time and did not want to leave! Stunning waterfront views especially at sunset. Balcony was perfect for outdoor meals with the sound of the waves in the background. The condo has everything you need for the beach including snorkeling gear which was such a great plus (especially given there is great snorkeling spot within walking distance of the condo). Our kids loved the fun Hawaiian decor. Pool is great for small children. Really great value for the amount of space, amenities and view! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

  This beautiful condo offers the most stunning ocean view. While it lacks air conditioning, the main bedroom is well-ventilated and equipped with multiple fans. However, the back room and upstairs loft don’t receive much airflow, making them feel warm at night. Since we’re accustomed to this, it didn’t bother us. The lanai/balcony is the main reason to book this place! The sunsets are breathtaking, and we chose to dine there instead of going out because we had the perfect spot. The condo itself is well-appointed and spotless.

  This place is out of world. Great ocean view and private property where is very quiet. \nEverything is great except for a few things. \n\n1. No A/C. Our stay was reasonable as the temperature was between 68 and 78. But the East facing room gets really hot during the day. \n2. Sensitive neighbors downstairs. Quiet hours are 9pm to 8am. We had to walk in tippy toes during the quiet hours as the porcelain flooring carries every single foot step downstairs. Got a note from them at the first night. If you are bringing young kids, I would not recommend it. \n3. The place is very out dated and old that creaks everywhere in terms of bathroom, balcony doors.\n\nThe overall stay was enjoyable because the host (Arllen) was very accommodating and responsive. He has helped us minimize the noise conflicts between the units.
